Lumpia Wrapper
Ingredients:
1 egg
1 cup cornstrarch
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup water
1 pinch salt.

Procedure:

  1. Mix all ingredient together.
  2. Heat up a crepe pan on medium heat. Ladle in a proper amount of batter. The amount greatly depends on the size of your pan.
  3. Cook for a few minutes, flip, and cook for a few minutes more.
  4. Set aside.

Filling
Prawns as needed
Crab paste as needed
Sea urchin as needed
Thick cut bacon strips as needed.

Procedure:

  1. Wrap as shown in the video.
  2. Seal with a glue made with flour and water.
  3. Deep fry until golden brown and delicious.
